1. General Provisions
Individual Entrepreneur Olena Oleksandrivna Temper, individual tax number (RNOKPP) 3032815763, registered address: 22B Parkova St., Chornomorsk, Odesa Region, Ukraine (the “Seller”), offers individuals the opportunity to enter into a distance contract for the sale of goods on the terms of this Public Offer (the “Offer”).
“Website” means the online store at https://idlo.com.
“Buyer” means an individual who orders goods for personal use not related to business activities.
Relations with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs purchasing goods for business purposes may be governed by a separate agreement.
The Returns and Exchanges Policy and the “Payment and Delivery” page form an integral part of this Offer.
2. Product Information
The product name, ingredients, weight or volume, price, key characteristics, allergens, storage conditions and other relevant information are provided on the product page, on the packaging or in accompanying materials. Product images may differ slightly in colour or packaging design, provided that such differences do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.
3. Placing an Order and Acceptance of the Offer
The Buyer selects the product and quantity, adds the product to the cart, provides the required contact details, selects the delivery and payment methods, and confirms the order.
Before placing an order, the Buyer can review the terms of this Offer, the product price, the delivery terms and the return conditions.
The Buyer accepts this Offer by placing an order on the Website, that is, by providing the required information and clicking the “Place Order” button or any other equivalent order confirmation button. The contract for a specific order is deemed concluded upon receipt of the Buyer’s order by the Seller.
After placing an order, the Buyer receives an electronic confirmation with the key order details: the list of products, the price and the payment method.
If an ordered product is out of stock, the Seller notifies the Buyer and, at the Buyer’s choice, agrees on a replacement product or refunds the amount paid.
4. Price and Payment
Product prices are indicated on the Website in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include all applicable taxes. The total price of the goods is displayed before the order is confirmed. Depending on the order amount, delivery is paid by either the Seller or the Buyer. Where the Buyer pays for delivery, the Buyer pays the carrier’s fees at the carrier’s rates upon receipt. The order amount above which delivery is free and other conditions are set out on the “Payment and Delivery” page.
Available payment methods are indicated at checkout and on the “Payment and Delivery” page. The Seller shall not unilaterally change the price of a confirmed order.
A receipt is issued by the payment service and sent to the Buyer electronically after payment.
5. Delivery
Available delivery methods, delivery areas, timeframes and conditions are set out on the “Payment and Delivery” page. The estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days, unless a different timeframe is specified or agreed for a particular order.
Ownership of the goods and the risk of their accidental loss or damage pass to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.
Upon receipt, the Buyer should check the quantity of goods, the integrity of the packaging and the goods for any visible damage. Failure to do so does not deprive the Buyer of the right to contact the Seller regarding goods of improper quality.
6. Quality, Returns and Claims
The Seller supplies goods of proper quality that are safe for consumption, provided that the applicable storage and use instructions are followed.
If the goods are of improper quality, damaged, past their expiry date, if the wrong product has been delivered or if there is any other non-conformity, the Buyer has the rights provided by consumer protection legislation and may contact the Seller using the details set out in Section 10.
Food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return under the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Non-food products of proper quality may be returned by the Buyer within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The procedure for submitting claims, the time limits for handling them, and the procedure for returning or replacing goods and obtaining a refund are set out in the Returns and Exchanges Policy.
7. Personal Data
The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website. Acceptance of this Offer does not in itself constitute consent to receive marketing communications or to the use of non-essential cookies.
8. Dispute Resolution
This Offer is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the Buyer may apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to the courts.
9. Amendments to the Offer
The Seller may publish new versions of this Offer, indicating the date of each version. Each order is governed by the version of the Offer in effect at the time the order is placed.
