1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website https://idlo.com (the “Website”).
The Website is administered, and goods are sold, by Individual Entrepreneur Olena Oleksandrivna Temper, RNOKPP 3032815763 (the “Administrator”).
A “User” is any person who visits the Website or uses its features. By using the Website, the User agrees to these Terms.
Purchases are also governed by the Public Offer, and the processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
2. Use of the Website
The User agrees:
- to use the Website in accordance with the law;
- not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website;
- not to use malicious code;
- not to attempt to gain unauthorised access;
- not to collect other users’ data unlawfully;
- not to use the Website to send spam.
3. Reviews and User Content
The User is responsible for the content of reviews, photos and other materials they submit for publication on the Website.
By submitting materials, the User grants the Administrator a free, non-exclusive licence to publish them on the Website and on the official channels of the ЇDLO brand, with the author’s name or pseudonym. The licence remains in effect until the User withdraws it. The licence can be withdrawn by emailing info@idlo.com.
The Administrator may decline to publish or may remove materials that contain unlawful content, spam, personal data of third parties or any other content that violates the law or the rights of others. Negative content in a review is not in itself grounds for its removal.
4. Intellectual Property
Texts, photographs, design, trademarks and other materials on the Website belong to the Administrator or other right holders and are protected by law. Use of Website materials for commercial purposes requires permission from the relevant right holder, except where expressly permitted by law.
5. Website Operation
The Administrator takes reasonable measures to ensure the proper operation of the Website but may temporarily restrict access due to maintenance, updates or security threats. The Administrator is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website for reasons beyond its control. This does not limit buyers’ rights in respect of orders already placed.
6. Third-Party Resources
The Website may contain links to third-party resources. The terms of use and data processing of such resources are determined by their owners or operators. The Administrator is not responsible for the content of third-party resources.
7. Changes to the Terms
The Administrator may update these Terms by publishing a new version on the Website with its effective date. The new version takes effect from the date stated in it.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of Ukraine.
