Remember your first hike? 
The first time my parents took me hiking in the mountains for a few weeks, when I was five. Back then there was a lot of pasta, and the first instant Korean noodles, maybe someone remembers, in plastic containers. And chopsticks included:)

What is your current travel nutrition system?
EAT plus I dry vegetables, meat, and fish myself. And the secret weapon of Ukrainian climbers is lard!

Life hack about nutrition for beginners?
Mountains love the strong, and the strong love to eat. That's why the best mountains are mountains on a plate ))). This means saving on the weight of your gear, but not on your food layout. 

The most delicious/strangest dish you've ever cooked while hiking?
Paella in a snow cave, seafood purposefully carried up a mountain.

The most remote or unusual place you've eaten FOOD?
Pakistan, Nepal, Patagonia, Morocco.
